This winter we booked two exciting vacations through Strongman Travel. The first was air and accommodations in San Juan, Puerto Rico and the second was an all-inclusive to the Mayan Riviera.
On our first trip we encountered delays in Minneapolis and had to be rerouted to Atlanta overnight and then to San Juan the next day. Our luggage of course, did not come with us. We, however, were well taken care of by North West Vacations and were given First Class seats the rest of the way. When we called North West Vacations about the luggage it was handled efficiently. After arriving back home we were given gift cards equal to the amount of the hotel room that we had missed in San Juan, along with gift cards for the hassle for the airlines, due to the delay. On our second trip the resort we had originally booked decide to close for renovations two days before our departure and luckily for us, we were upgraded to another resort nearby at no extra cost.
Penny has always been there for us ensuring that we get the best deals and following through when there are difficulties.
